Short personal update before the real update
Having been away for a few weeks and trying to catch up on everything has kept me away from the updating schedule I intended to keep. Sorry for that. Good news is that there are already new pictures in the Germany and Austria sets linked on the Pictures page. More countries to follow. Pictures from my very first day with Java also added to her set. I am overwhelmed with how cute she was and is.
I also returned to find out that my website address has been lifted by spammers and a lot of undeliverable mail has come back to me. Sorry everyone, but I didn't send that stuff about stocks or websites or software. I am not home alone and lonely. It annoys me that it is so easy to change the send field on an e-mail so that it appears I am associated with the exact stuff I hate to receive, but I know no cure at this point. Spammers: be ashamed.
My good deed of the week — donating hair to Locks of Love. I had thought I wouldn't be able to do it due to grays, but it turns out I was wrong- plus my own hair is still shoulder length in spite of the 10 inch minimum length for donation, which means my hair had gotten very long and it was probably overdue for this cut. Good luck to Wendy, who shared her perm story with me :)
I had a beautiful time in Europe with Tim and was able to spend his birthday with him in Munich. It was definitely one of the best birthdays I have ever been to. I'm still recovering from all the fun and the bad USD exchange rate, but I am back to posting. More to come soon.
